NMSU Aggie Air Raid Football Camps



NMSU Rec-Sports Camp
Three two-week sessions are offered at this summer sports-based program which runs from June 18th through July 27th. The camp hours are 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with pre and post camp hours also available. Session costs run from $180 to $200, depending upon the weeks chosen. Ages for the camp are 5 - 14. One overnight camping trip will be available per session, with limited space available. Sack lunches must be brought from home daily.



NMSU Darin Spence Summer Basketball Camps
Students in Kindergarten through 8th grade can sign up to participate in this three day Lil Aggies Camp run by the NMSU Women's Basketball Staff. The camp runs from May 30th through June 1st, from 9:00 a.m. to noon. The cost of $55 covers the camp fee, a t-shirt and an Aggie Basketball. Camp focus is on TEAM WORK!



NMSU Summer Basketball Camps
Children in grades K-12 have multiple opportunities to enroll in these NMSU programs. Online registration is available.



NMSU Summer Softball Camps
Children in middle school and high school, as well as girls ages 10 and under can enroll in the various softball camps offered by NMSU. Registration can be done online.



Peter Piper Pizza Kids Day
Beginning on June 5th, every Tuesday through the Summer, Peter Piper Pizza offers fun activities, arts and crafts, special guests and more, for children ages 3 through 12.

You can also buy a kids meal which includes pizza, drink and a toy.

Las Cruces H.S. Youth Summer Football Camp
Children in grades two through seven can register for this week-long program which focuses on instruction by position, age appropriate weight training, drills, motivation and games.



El Paso Summer Movie Clubhouse
Tinseltown Theatre in El Paso is offering the Summer Movie Clubhouse. There will be ten weeks of G or PG rated films offered during weekday mornings. A different movie will be shown each week. A package of ten movies can be purchased in advance for five dollars. At the box office, movies are one dollar per show. What a great deal! Don't forget to bring money for popcorn! Movies begin on May 29th, and you can buy your tickets now.

If your child is creative and interested in science and invention then here is a camp he/she will enjoy. Two different sessions are offered here in Las Cruces. This is a program of the National Inventors Hall of Fame Foundation.



Musical Beginnings Summer Camps
Your children ages newborn through seven years old can now get signed up for fun and educational music camps. This summer's offerings include Kindermusik Village, Sign & Sing, Our Time, Imagine That, Family Time and Kindermusik for the Young Child. A parent or caregiver attends with the child. Session lengths are from five days to five weeks in various time slots. Check the Musical Beginnings website for further details.



SEMAA Summer Elementary School Programs
Did you know that there is a great summer science program in Las Cruces? Kids in grades two through eight can enroll in the Southern New Mexico Science, Engineering, Mathematics, and Aerospace Academy (SNM SEMAA), a collaborative program of the Las Cruces Public Schools, NASA and NMSU. The one week program is free, and lunch is available through the New Mexico Summer Food Service Program. Enrollment is limited, and although the application deadline is April 20th for Elementary students and April 27th for Middle School students, there may still be space available. Applications are available on the SEMAA website.



Enterprise City Summer Camp Program
Children in grades three through five can learn in a mock city environment at this summer camp run by Families and Youth, Inc., Americorps, the City of Las Cruces and United Way. The program runs from June 4th through July 15th at Sierra Middle School, and both morning and afternoon sessions are available. The cost for the six week program is $150.
